Is it a bird? No, it's Joe! Joe has been whistling his heart out since he was five years old. Joe is well known nationwide for his ability to whistle virtually any tune. He can imitate bird calls and do impersonations of famous people. In April, 2010, he was featured on the Scott and Todd Show (WPLJ 95.5), where several of Joe's recorded clips were played. He was a top contender for the Brad Blanks Red Carpet Report.
